Ideal Glass and Glazing have been working for many years for commercial clients through long-term customers and their referrals which have been built up over a number of years. Since 2011 the company has grown its customer base and has been promoted in the Premier Construction magazine within an editorial based on our work for Jamie Oliver’s Italian Restaurant in Manchester.
As a whole, we are interested in any new or old glass process and enjoy producing decorative glass. We keep up to date with current glass trends and techniques through being members of the GGF, subscriptions and publications, designers and architects, suppliers and our clients that we are always in contact with discussing new design ideas.
In 2012 we made a decision to join Checkatrade.Com where we have built up a large number of domestic customers and we have found that domestic projects are just as rewarding as commercial projects. We now employ several members of staff and enjoy projects of varied sizes from many different types of customers. Please view our Checkatrade profile where you can read reputation reports from previous customers before making a decision to contact us and you can write your own review should you decide to use us for a project of your own.
We have been involved in approximately 12 of the Jamie Oliver’s Italian restaurant fit outs, many in London and other cities in the UK such as Brighton, Cambridge, Oxford, in both London Westfield Shopping Centres and further afield. We have also been involved in many other well-known or exclusive brands such as Pizza Express, The Ivy, Nandos, Wahaca, Pho!, Fernandez and Wells, Hibiscus, Aberdeen Angus Steak House, Raffles Night Club situated on London’s famous Kings Road, all four Hawksmoor Restaurants amongst others. Please see our Proud Projects and Gallery page for further information.
We have two points of contact within our business: the office and the workshop. Your initial contact will be handled by our team in the office, who keeps everyone updated with the progression of each enquiry. We believe communication is of the utmost importance! The office will stay in touch with detailed diary confirmations showing who you will be meeting with and their contact number, formal quotes/estimates, order confirmations, material production, installation bookings, final account costs and requesting feedback on our workmanship.
Our workshop then sends out a qualified glazier to survey your project. You will be given advice and shown samples of products that relate to your project. When you place an order we will endeavour to offer the same glazing manager whenever possible. Your assigned project manager will be available to you throughout your project to ensure continuity of service.
Customer service comes first to us as we are building our reputation through customer reviews and recommendations. Please see our checkatrade page to see our independently vetted reviews and trading history.
